Travis Copeland

Formerly an Operations Manager for FedEx Ground, Travis joined the Bitner Henry team in 2025. With his new role in insurance, he looks forward to learning a new philosophy and dynamic, working together with others to help them find the best insurance possible.

“I am excited to build relationships with customers. I have always been a social person, so learning about customers and their goals excites me,” Travis says.

“The most important thing a customer should know in insurance is what they are buying,” he adds when asked. “They should make sure that they are purchasing enough insurance for the needs that they desire to have taken care of.”

In his free time, as a huge car enthusiast, Travis likes to drive his sports car and explore new places. He also cites his family as a main source of inspiration. “My ideal weekend is just spending time with my wife and two daughters, just going on adventures, whether it’s feeding ducks at the park, or going for a drive, finding new places to explore,” he says. “I have a wife that I have been together with for 6 years and have been married for 4. We have two beautiful little girls as well.”

“The most interesting thing about insurance to me is the complexity of [insurance],” Travis says. “There is so much information that goes behind it, and I wanted to learn how it worked.”
