Commercial Umbrella

Umbrella Coverage protection (also known as excess liability) is an optional coverage that extends the limits provided in your primary liability coverages.

Is your business fully protected against a significant lawsuit? What if an accident on your property or a car accident results in costs that exceed your insurance limits? Umbrella insurance acts as a safety net, providing extra liability coverage on top of your existing policies.

To feel secure about protecting your business’s assets and your future, you may need the extra level of protection provided by a Personal Umbrella Liability Insurance policy.

Subject to coverage limitation, the umbrella coverage protection extends the limit and coverages of the policies below. In order for excess coverage limits to apply, the limits of the underlying liability coverages in these policies must already be established at the following levels:

General Liability Policy

$1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate bodily injury and property damage limits required.

Vehicle Liability Policy

$1 million combined bodily injury and property damage limits per accident required.

Employers Liability Policy

$100,000 bodily injury by accident, $100,000 bodily injury by disease, and $500,000 bodily injury by disease limits required.

Life is unpredictable. While your commercial insurances offer essential protection, a major liability claim could put your financial future at risk. Umbrella insurance provides an added layer of security, offering substantial coverage beyond your primary policies. Protect your assets and enjoy greater peace of mind knowing that you and your organization will be shielded from life’s unexpected liabilities.
