Darrin has broad organizational development and leadership experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. A holder of SHRM-SCP and CEBS credentials, Darrin periodically teaches a professional HR certification course.

He has served on church and non-profit ministry boards; and enjoys seeing others grow in their capacity to serve mission minded organizations.
