Opportunity

We are an established company looking for an IT professional with a varied skill set across several IT disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting and automating the core data operations that support our sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and HR processes.

You will start by learning our foundational data management and administrative processes. As you grow, a key part of this position will be learning to leverage AI tools, Salesforce and other agency management software to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with endpoint management and security platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Applied Epic
    • Salesforce
  • Experience managing Hybrid Active Directory environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
  • Experience with identity/security tools such as Duo and enterprise password managers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work environment: medium-paced, minimal noise, team orientation with solo projects.  In-person at the office in Hagerstown.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Rewards

Pay rate: $33 to $44 an hour depending upon experience and demonstrated ability.
