This role serves as a point of entry to careers with one of the largest providers of insurance and risk management services for churches and social service organizations on the East coast.
Working closely with our team in Hagerstown, MD, this is a unique opportunity to use your business, sales, and communication skills to serve those who serve others.
You will onboard and be coached in our state-of-the art technology and business practices.
Our company is family owned and operated and has been in operation since 1938. We have more than 6,000 customers across nine states, and we are expanding into new sectors of business.
We can onboard those who are new to the insurance industry, or career professionals seeking a more meaningful work.
If you do not have an insurance license, we will enroll you in a pre-licensing course that will prepare you to obtain an insurance license.
- High school graduate, college degree preferred.
- Prior sales and servicing experience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation: We offer a generous base salary plus commission
