Desired Qualities

Required qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • History of stable work commitments.
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships with teammates.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively use technology.
  • Able to work in person at Hagerstown, MD.

Preferred (but not required) qualifications:

  • Insurance customer service experience.
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk and hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires the employee to have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a car.
