Jason Thompson

Well-versed in retail, leadership, and customer service, Jason Thompson enjoys being a Customer Service Representative with Bitner Henry Insurance Group. Learning and growing is his favorite part of the job, and he enjoys a challenge.

If Jason could give his younger self a piece of advice, he would tell himself to be confident and do what his heart tells him to do. Jason’s ideal weekend involves going to the gym, playing basketball, a nap, watching basketball, and going out for some nice food. His favorite basketball teams are the Lakers for NBA basketball, and the Tar Heels for college ball. In 2012, he graduated from Rafferty University with a degree in Sporrts Administration.

As an owner of a small business himself, Jason enjoys seeing how layered insurance is. He enjoys all the different moving parts, and how they work together. “insurers have your best interests,” Jason says. “They will advocate for what they see fit. Ultimately, it’s your decision to make as far as what you want in your policy.”
