Customer Service Representative

I love to put my mind to solving complex problems, which helps when working to solve insurance issues for the people I get to work with. Before working in insurance, I worked in/studied everything from food service, retail, computer science, and airplane maintenance (I completed trade school to become a licensed airframe and power plane mechanic). I understand many different fields that my customers may be coming from, and I enjoy using that knowledge to help them understand insurance.

My ideal weekend involves going out with some loved ones and then enjoying a nice, relaxing day at home. I like to play games, watch films, and study more in my target language!

When it’s time to reach out for help, insurance is there to help. Sometimes people have difficulty knowing when they need it, but we can help! My favorite things about insurance are the stability of the profession and the chance to learn something almost every day.
