Abuse and molestation coverage is designed to cover the costs and damages that come as a result of abuse or molestation in an organization.

Example of Claims Covered

Mishandled Reporting: A Christian school had a student with a mental disability, and claimed that she was sexually and emotionally harassed and bullied by students. She reported the incidents to staff at the school, but nothing was done. This claim was covered under the school’s Abuse and Molestation insurance policy.
