This is a unique opportunity to use your business, sales, and communication skills to serve churches and social service organizations that serve as the pillars of support in communities including schools, camps, day cares, and addiction treatment centers.

You will onboard and be coached in our state-of-the art technology and business practices.

Our agents are supported by sales, marketing, IT and customer service teams.

Our company is family owned and operated and has been in operation since 1938. We have more than 6,000 customers across nine states, and we are expanding into new sectors of business.

We can onboard those who are new to the insurance industry, or career professionals seeking a more meaningful work.

If you do not have an insurance license, we will enroll you in a pre-licensing course that will prepare you to obtain an insurance license.

Desired background:

  • High school graduate, college degree preferred.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:  We offer a generous base salary plus commission

Rewards

Compensation:  Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 base salary plus commissions.
